Tarun Mansukhani, director of “Dostana”, was recently invited by the Government of Thailand to be a part of an entertainment expo that was organised by them. They event was held to improve the working relationship between the two countries. The officials wanted Tarun to be a part of the expo as they wanted him to check out a few locations in the country and probably shoot the sequel of “Dostana” there. It was a three-day visit and Tarun had a good time enjoying the hospitality bestowed on him by the Royal family of Thailand. He was invited for dinner by the Royal family. Tarun also indulged in adventure sports like swimming with the sharks. Says Tarun, "It was a pleasant surprise that I was invited by the government of Thailand. They were very hospitable towards me. I also had fun with the sharks. I’m toying with the idea of shooting a few scenes of my next there. Overall it was a good trip."
